Qualifications
Organizations are eligible if they are "arts presenters", i.e. they present arts festivals and/or arts "series". Professional artists must be hired and self-presentation/creation is not eligible. The presenter supplies a guaranteed fee, venue, technical and promotional support. Competitions and book fairs are not eligible. See website for further details.
