Biographical information

Biography: After teaching for four years and completing an MA in English Literature, Michaela now spends her days writing and hopes to soon publish a book.

Michaela's first love, however, is music. Since childhood, Michaela has sung Classical, Gospel, Contemporary Christian, Jazz, and Folk in choirs, ensembles and solo performances. In addition, Michaela's musical training has come in the form of the flute and piano; both instruments have increased her love for music and its various delights.

Michaela has performed in England, Liberia, and across Canada and the United States.

Presently, Michaela sings as much as possible be it solo gospel or jazz/a cappella ensemble. With an alto/tenor range, her voice often surprises first-time listeners and is often referred to as soothing.
